Hotel Sezz Saint Tropez FAQ

We can add an extra bed only in our Cocoon or Villa rooms. Extra beds are reserved for children under 14 years old.

Our Bungalow rooms can accommodate a maximum of two people, our Cocoon rooms a maximum of two adults and one child. However, our Villas have sleeping arrangements for 6 people (two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room). We also have connecting Cocoon rooms (4 people)

The hotel has a private, monitored outdoor parking lot. Our valet team will assist you with parking your vehicle throughout your stay. This service is complimentary.

In each room, you have synthetic and feather pillows. We can remove one or the other at your convenience. We can remove carpets in some rooms.

You can simply make a bank transfer. However, please note that your credit card will be required upon arrival to cover any possible extras.

Ask one of our receptionists to offer you a tailor-made stay according to your wishes.

You can cancel your reservation free of charge until July 25th at 4:00 PM. Beyond that, we will keep the deposit amount (50% or 100% of your stay depending on the reserved period). Do not hesitate to contact us if you have a hindrance.

To guarantee the reservation, it is essential to pay a deposit equivalent to 50% of the total stay amount. However, if you wish to pay for the entire stay in cash upon departure, we can credit the initial deposit amount of 50% or 100%. Maximum cash amount for French residents: €1,000. For others: €15,000.

Keep the receptionists informed of your late arrival. Please note that our front desk is open 24/7. However, for security reasons, the hotel gate is closed from 12:00 AM. Feel free to use the intercom.

We accept small pets. Feel free to ask the receptionists if your companion can stay with you.

Please note that you can order several items from Sezz Saint Tropez through our receptionists, such as our Sezz lamps, Sezz vases, or even the chairs from your room. Ask the reception team what is available for purchase, and they will assist you in your request.

The entire Sezz Saint Tropez team will do their utmost to give you access to your room as soon as possible. However, we cannot guarantee it.

Depending on our availability, the reception team will be happy to let you enjoy your room until 2:00 PM. We can also store your luggage and you can spend the afternoon by our pool. The Sezz Spa by Cinq Mondes is available for you to change at the end of the day.

The Sezz Saint Tropez is located 250 meters from Canebiers beach (public beach). The hotel's gate allows you to access it in 5 minutes on foot. NB: The Bay of Pampelonne is located 15-20 minutes (by car or shuttle) from the hotel.

Access to our heated 200sqm pool is a complimentary service for all our resident guests.

Sezz Saint-Tropez is located a 5-minute drive (by car or shuttle) from Place des Lices.

The Sezz Saint-Tropez shuttle is a service offered to our guests. It operates from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. for the beaches and from 8 a.m. to 12 a.m. to take you to our meeting point at the corner of Place des Lices.

Our SPA Sezz by Cinq Mondes is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. The Michelin-starred Colette restaurant since 2021 by Chef Philippe Colinet, Master Restaurateur, is open from Wednesday to Sunday in May, September, October, and from Tuesday to Sunday in June, July, and August, from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. The breakfast buffet is served from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. The Bistrot le C restaurant is open 7/7 for lunch and dinner on the terrace of the Dom Pérignon bar. The "By the Pool" snacking menu is served all day 7/7.
