Chef Philippe COLINET, Master Restaurateur
Since 2020, Hotel Sezz and its restaurants Le C and Colette have become inseparable from the name Philippe Colinet.
Having arrived in Saint-Tropez over 10 years ago, his expertise, patience, and humility have led him to the stars. Trained by the famous Chef Jean Bardet in Touraine, he built the foundation of his success at home. His 30 years of experience are enriched by time spent in prestigious French establishments and institutions. La Roche le Roy in Tours, Roger Verger in Mougins, and the Michelin-starred Relais & Château L’Auberge des Templiers in Loiret, his latest stops include La Bastide in Saint-Tropez where he successfully regained the coveted Michelin star. Since 2014, his heart is set in the Gulf.
Philippe Colinet has developed a sustainable network of local producers and reinvents his unique cuisine with each passing season. The Mediterranean in love... and its products are at the heart of his refined culinary compositions.
